Contacting ICT Services

There are all sorts of reasons you may need to contact us: if you're having trouble with your computer, to arrange training, to request changes to the network, to order hardware or software items, or if you'd just like to say Hi!

If you need help, your first visit should be to the Help page — it describes some common computer problems and their solutions. If you still need help after that, you could always:

Email us

Email is the best way to contact ICT Services. If you need help or have a general enquiry, email ICT Help from inside College, or icthelp at christscollege.com from outside College — either way, your request will be automatically added to our help queue. To email the staff from outside College, our email addresses are of the format first initial then surname at christscollege.com.

Come and see us

We're open from 8:30am to 5:00pm weekdays and can be found on level two of the Fine Arts & Technology Building. Enter the building at either end and head straight up the stairs, you can't miss us.
